Why Breathwork?

Every single function in our bodies are impacted by the way we breath.

Breathwork is one of the few modalities that you can instantly feel the benefits from, mentally, physically, and emotionally/spiritually.

Your breathing unconsciously changes with what’s happening in your mind and body, so when we learn how to breathe consciously, we’re able to use the breath to help us perform on all levels.

The mind can work for you or against you. Our busy daily lives have us ‘on go’ from the moment we wake and this doesn’t allow the mind any time to consciously rest and recharge. Many people struggle to sit in silence to meditate, which means they’re missing out on a no way to strengthen the mind and its resilience.

Breathwork is often seen as a form of active meditation. It induces the body mind connection, and allows your mind to become fully present and silence the non-serving thought patterns the prevent our growth.

Release Breathwork™ is all about taking you out of your head and into your body. Your mind gets the rest it needs while your body does the work releasing all that we need to let go of.

 

Physical Benefits

Most of us use our breath incorrectly. We breathe reactively instead of consciously. Learning how to breathe (correctly) can improve improve and optimise your performance. You do not need to be an athlete to feel the benefits that are found when balancing you oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Research has found that as much as 2/3 of our energy stems from the breath and it’s also that eliminates 70% of the toxins we hold on to.

Spiritual and emotional have been categorised together as I believe that our emotions are signs from our higher-selves. When we feel sad, angry, frustrated… these are clear signs that something has to change. When we’re feeling happy, love, joy… we’re being told to carry on doing what we’re doing.

By now most of us know that everything is energy. Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it”. We all have energy centres within us that can often get blocked, and stagnant causing us to feel the same way.

Release Breathwork™ will take you through this journey of breath and begin releasing those blockages. The energy we all put out is the energy we attract back to us. This is why it’s so important for us to learn how to connect with the energy within us and we can do this through breath.
